Lord Monty Foxton is your host at his holiday pod, Coplow, where he resides to escape fox hunters.
His countryside retreat is full to the brim with quirky decor and artefacts from his travels around the world. The eclectic pod is a feast for the eyes and a celebration of all things eccentric.
At the end of the day Lord Foxton loves nothing more than a relaxing soak in his wood fired hot tub and you’re invited to join him for this luxurious experience. Perfect for a lazy afternoon or a romantic evening under the stars.

What To Expect From Your Stay
Hot Tub
Our log burning hot tub is the ultimate way to connect with nature whilst indulging in pure relaxation. For the exclusive use of Coplow pod guests for the duration of your stay, so it’s all yours! There’s soaking space for four people so everyone can experience this little slice of luxury for mind, body and soul. We recommend waiting until dusk before hopping in to experience the night sky or bask in the glow of our fairytale festoon lighting. The hot tub is sympathetically nestled into the tree line right alongside the pod to make you feel like you’ve stumbled into a forest and found your very own hot spring.
You can choose whether to heat your hot tub from scratch with our log supply and detailed instructions guide for the full outdoor experience or have the tub preheated before arrival for maximum convenience. Please ask when booking for further details.
Inside the Pod
Step inside the pod and get ready to be swept away by its luxurious touches. From the plush white robes, towels and slippers to the king size bed and crisp white bedding, you'll be enveloped in comfort. The pod sleeps four people as it also has a large double sofa bed. Enjoy the gas fire and board games for a cozy night in. The kitchenette comes equipped with a mini fridge, dishwasher, and combination microwave oven, along with cooking essentials, a range of teas, and coffee.
Soak in the peaceful surroundings and indulge in the handmade soaps and complimentary toiletries. Our pod will leave you feeling pampered and refreshed.
Step out of the double patio doors onto your generous private balcony and dine al fresco whilst looking across the wildflower meadow.

Location
Coplow pod is set on our campsite Fox’s Furrow which is a rolling medieval ridge and furrow field surrounded by a young belt of woodland in East Leicestershire. It’s close to the city for easy transport links and endless dining, entertainment and activities but you’d never guess that here on the furrow as it feels like it’s a million miles from the urban jungle.
Located just off a quiet single track country lane ideal for walks and bike rides with many off road walking routes nearby. A favourite of our guests is the walk across the fields to the Old Black Horse pub for food and drinks.
Cyclists will love the close proximity to national cycle route 63 which offers a scenic route to the nearby cycling destination Cafe Ventoux.
A short drive will find you at either Rutland Water or Bradgate Park for everything outward bound. We highly recommend the large choice of farm shops in the area to sample the culinary delights this area is known for producing.
